Adaptation Music’s Tom Conrad returns to the label with the long awaited ‘Frankie’s Song’ following on from his last successful outing, ‘New York EP’ earlier in the year.

The song title is an ode to one of Tom’s biggest musical influences Frankie Knuckles, whose versatility and warmth of sound throughout his productions inspired this track. Tried and tested at numerous venues over the last year, ‘Frankie’s Song’ is a melodic beauty which comprises lush chords, infectious leads and a sound somewhere between New York and Ibiza.

Watch out for several more EPs and singles over the coming months from Tom on Adaptation Music and several other labels as he continues to establish himself with his consistency and progression within the realms of deep and jackin underground house music.

Adaptation Music’s Tom Conrad delivers his latest two tracker entitled ‘Dawn Rising EP’ which once again shows his versatility and ability to avoid being predictable or typecast when producing house music. It follows on from his previous project on the label, ‘Variations EP’.

The EP kicks off with the funky jackin house sounds of ‘Shadow Lady’ complete with captivating chords, guitar riff and bassline which you can’t help but move to. Its shifting balance of uplifting and serious tones throughout work well together and are guaranteed to work any discerning dancefloor. The second track on the EP, ‘Chasing The Light’ has a crossover sound for both deep house and jackin house DJs alike and evokes thoughts of the sun rising after a long night spent with fellow revellers within the surrounds of serious house music.

This release is yet another strong EP from Tom Conrad on Adaptation Music in 2018 so watch this space as Tom continues to show his consistency and progression within the realms of deep and jackin underground house music.

Adaptation Music’s exclusivity of Tom Conrad’s original work continues with another solid deep house two tracker entitled ‘Reflection EP’.

The EP opens with the brilliant ‘Hidden Desires’ which sets off with serious jackin beats before a heavy Chicago-esque bassline enters, followed by deep retro Detroit style chords all of which are synonymous with Tom’s deep house sound. Think main room, think Kerri Chandler and you may well have an idea of the sound before you even click play. The other gem on the EP is ‘Spirals’ which is on a similar theme but has a more ethereal, atmospheric feel to it yet retains both solid beats and a killer bass sound. Certainly not an EP to be missed and is without doubt some of Tom’s best work to date!

Adaptation Music is proud to finally reveal the follow up single to their biggest success of 2016 ‘The 12am Groove’ with Tom Conrad’s next journey into jackin house with the equally impressive ‘Remember The Good Times’, an apt title for yet another infectious groove.

Taking another minor diversion off the usual deep house path, Tom follows up his Traxsource #1 Essential Jackin release, #5 top download and inclusion in the Top Jackin tracks of 2016 with ‘Remember The Good Times’. This track is without doubt on an equal par with ‘The 12am Groove’, with a jazzy and captivating main hook, jackin beats and simple yet very effective funky bassline. Tom has also recently done remixes for Jesante, Hermanas Sister, DJ Bee & DJ SGZ along with the well received ‘Impressions EP’ and ‘Mystical EP’ releases. Tom’s back catalog consists of a variety of tracks and remixes over the last decade under his own name and also alongside studio partner Andre Bonsor. This year looks set to be another busy one for Tom as he focuses more on his own productions after several years dedicated to the development of his record labels.
